Beden, beslenme, tüketim ve kontrol kavramları; ağız, deri ve bedenin sınırları üzerinden ele
alınır. İç ve dış arasındaki geçirgenlik, abject imge-bedenler aracılığıyla görünür hale gelir.
Abject, burada yalnızca tiksinti uyandıran bir durum değil; sınırların ihlal edildiği bir eşiktir.
İmge-bedenler, psikolojik ve toplumsal olarak “öteki olma” halini sorgular. Bu sergi bir iyileşme anlatısı sunmaz. Aksine, iyileşmenin kesintili doğasını, geriye dönüşlerini ve bedende bıraktığı izleri takip eder. Geçmiş, bedende kalmaya devam ederken; zihin bu izlerle tekrar tekrar karşılaşır.
“Kendimle Aramda”, bir uzlaşma değil; süreklilik içindeki bir iç müzakerenin ve o müzakerenin yarattığı mesafenin ifadesidir.

The concepts of body, ingestion, consumption, and control are explored through the boundaries of the mouth, skin, and body. The permeability between inside and outside becomes visible through abject image-bodies. Here, the abject is not merely something that provokes disgust; it is a threshold where boundaries are transgressed. These image-bodies question the psychological and social state of “otherness.” This exhibition does not offer a narrative of healing. On the contrary, it traces the discontinuous nature of healing, its regressions, and the marks it leaves on the body. While the past remains in the body, the mind repeatedly encounters these traces.
“Between Me and Myself” is not a reconciliation, but an expression of an ongoing inner negotiation—and the distance produced by that negotiation.
