Yeni Foça Yat Limanı maketi, 1/500 ölçekte pleksi ve akçaağaç kaplama kullanılarak üretildi. Kaplama seçimi, hazırladığımız demo maket üzerinden yapılan değerlendirmeyle belirlendi.
Yapıların iç kütleleri pleksiden hazırlandı. Cephe açıklıkları işlenen ahşap kaplamalar bu kütlelerin üzerine uygulanarak yapılar oluşturuldu. Taş cephe detayı ise soyutlanarak lazer tarama ile kaplama yüzeyine işlendi.

The Yeni Foça Marina model was produced at 1/500 scale using plexiglass and maple veneer. The veneer was selected after evaluating a demo model we prepared.
The inner masses of the buildings were made from plexiglass. Wood veneers with pre-cut facade openings were then applied over these masses to form the buildings. The stone facade detail was abstracted and laser-etched onto the veneer surface.

Yeni Foça Yat Limanı için ürettiğimiz 1/500 ölçekli mimari sunum maketi.

Mimari ekip, maket üretiminde ahşap kaplamayı tercih etti. 1/500 ölçekte kütle ve detayların en iyi nasıl ifade edileceğini görmek için akçaağaç ve anigre kaplamalarla iki alternatif hazırladık.
Değerlendirme sonunda akçaağaç kaplama ile devam edilmesine karar verildi.

A 1/500 scale architectural presentation model we produced for the Yeni Foça Marina.

The architectural team chose wood veneer for the model. To see how best to express the massing and details at 1/500 scale, we prepared two alternatives in maple and anigre veneers. After evaluation, it was decided to continue with the maple veneer.

Maketle bir fabrikanın kurulum sürecini göstermek hedeflendi. Bu amaçla temelin üzeri şeffaf pleksi ile kaplandı; böylece temelden çatıya uzanan yapım süreci, maket üzerinden adım adım takip edilebiliyor.

A 1/50 scale industrial building model we produced for Decons İnşaat.

With this model, we aimed to show the construction process of a factory. To this end, the foundation was covered with transparent plexiglass, so the entire build, from foundation to roof, can be followed step by step on the model.

Sera Group için ürettiğimiz Barbaros Reserve Projesi’nin 1/50 ölçekli villa maketi.
Maket; ahşap cephe kafesi, ahşap deck zemin, havuz ve peyzaj dahil tüm malzemeleri, projedeki karakterine sadık kalacak şekilde 1/50 ölçeğin hassasiyetiyle yansıtıyor. İç mekânda aydınlatmalı kat kurgusu, dış mekânda ise özel üretilmiş mobilyalar ve insan figürleri ile yaşam hissi güçlendirildi.
This is the 1:50 scale villa model of the Barbaros Reserve Project, produced for Sera Group.
The model reflects every material, including the timber façade lattice, timber deck flooring, pool and landscaping, with fidelity to the character of the project and the precision of a 1:50 scale. Illuminated floor levels bring the interiors to life, while custom-made furniture and scale figures outdoors add a sense of everyday use.

Sera Group için ürettiğimiz, Barbaros Reserve Projesi’nin 1/50 ölçekli tefriş maketleridir.
Tefriş maketlerinde yalnızca planı göstermek yerine yapının bir katını kesit olarak ele alıyoruz; dış cephe, iç mekân ve peyzajı bir arada sunarak projenin mekânsal karakterini makete aktarıyoruz.
Maketler, tip maketinde uyguladığımız üretim titizliğiyle hazırlanmıştır. Malzeme karakterleri ölçeğe uygun biçimde yansıtılmış, iç mekân ve cephe detayları 1/50 ölçeğe yakışır incelikte işlenmiştir.
Presented here are the 1:50 scale interior fit-out models we produced for Sera Group’s Barbaros Reserve project.
Rather than showing only the plan, our fit-out models treat one floor of the building as a section, presenting the facade, interior and landscape together to carry the spatial character of the project into the model.
The models have been prepared with the same production care we applied to the typical-unit model. Material characteristics have been reflected appropriately for the scale, and interior and facade details have been finished with a level of refinement that suits 1:50.

ŞANALarc arc’ın MADAC K12 Okul ve Halk Evi projesi için hazırladığı 1/500 ölçekli çalışma maketini sunum maketine dönüştürme işi.
Çalışma maketi SANAL arc tarafından 3D printer ile FDM baskı alınarak yapılmış ve plan çıktısının üstünde sergilenmişti.
Bizden istenen iş, var olan 3D printer çıktılarını kullanarak çalışma maketini, sabit bir altlığın üstüne mıknatısla sökülüp takılabilen bir sunum maketine dönüştürmekti.
Altlık olarak beyaz pleksi ve ahşap malzeme üzerinde durduk. Lazer taramasını iyi yansıttığı ve yapıları ön plana çıkardığı için anigre kaplama önerisi öne çıktı. Farklı mimari unsurları lazer makinesiyle anigre kaplamaya uygulayabilmek için ön çalışmalar yaptık, ardından uygulama kesimini gerçekleştirdik. Çalışma maketini bu şekilde sunum maketine dönüştürdük.

Conversion of the 1:500 scale working model, prepared by SANAL arc for the MADAC K12 School and Community Center project, into a presentation model.
The working model had been built by ŞANALarc arc from FDM 3D prints and displayed on top of a printed site plan.
Our brief was to take the existing 3D prints and turn the working model into a presentation model: a fixed base on which the pieces can be removed and reattached with magnets.
For the base, we considered white acrylic and wood. Anigre veneer came out on top because it reproduces laser engraving well and makes the buildings stand out. After preliminary tests on applying the various architectural elements to the veneer with a laser machine, we carried out the final cut. This is how we turned the working model into a presentation model.

FehmiKobalDesignArchitects için ürettiğimiz 1/500 ölçekli sunum maketi.
Maket monokrom olarak üretildi. CNC Router ve CNC Lazer ile üretilen farklı renklerdeki malzemelere, boya ile aynı dili konuşan bir görünüm verildi.
Burada saçaklardan ve yeşil alandan ayrıca bahsetmek istiyorum. Bu şekilde yoğun ve ince kesitli saçak üretiminde kritik konu, lazer kesimde malzemenin ısıdan deforme olmamasıdır. Bunun için iki yöntem var: Birincisi çizimi pleksi malzemeye göre uyarlamak, diğeri ise modifiye kağıt kullanmak. Modifiye kağıt kullanmanın avantajı, lazerin daha hızlı çalışabilmesi ve ince kesitte malzemenin pleksiye göre daha sağlam olmasıdır.
Yeşil alan için genelde farklı bir malzeme kullanılıyor. Biz burada doku vererek tanımlı bir alan yaratmayı hedefledik. Bunun için pütürlü boya kullandık.
A 1:500 scale presentation model produced for FehmiKobalDesignArchitects.
The model was produced in a monochromatic style. Materials of different colors, processed using CNC routing and laser cutting, were painted to achieve a consistent visual language throughout the model.
Two elements deserve particular attention: the eaves and the landscaped areas.
When producing dense arrangements of thin eaves, the main challenge is preventing heat-induced deformation during laser cutting. There are two approaches: adapting the design to suit plexiglass, or using treated paper. We opted for treated paper, which allows for faster laser cutting and provides greater strength than plexiglass in thin sections.
For the landscaped areas, instead of using a separate material to represent greenery, we aimed to define the area through texture. To achieve this, we used textured paint.
