House of Upa-In ขอเชิญชวนทุกท่านชมผลงานของอาจารย์ลาวัณย์ อุปอินทร์ ในนิทรรศการ "จดหมายเหตุนอกบรรทัด 6 ตุลาคม 2519" โดยภัณฑารักษ์ กิตติมา จารีประสิทธิ์ จัดแสดงตั้งแต่วันนี้จนถึงวันที่ 30 พฤศจิกายน 2569 ณ พิพิธภัณฑ์ศิลปะร่วมสมัยใหม่เอี่ยม จังหวัดเชียงใหม่

พิพิธภัณฑ์ศิลปะร่วมสมัยใหม่เอี่ยมร่วมรำลึกถึงวาระครบรอบห้าสิบปี เหตุการณ์ ๖ ตุลาคม ๒๕๑๙ หรือเหตุการณ์สังหารหมู่ที่มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ ในนิทรรศการ จดหมายเหตุนอกบรรทัด ๖ ตุลาคม ๒๕๑๙ นิทรรศการที่พาผู้ชมย้อนกลับไปสำรวจบาดแผลทางประวัติศาสตร์ ทั้งจากความทรงจำส่วนบุคคล และความทรงจำร่วมของสังคมไทย ผ่านผลงานของศิลปินที่มีประสบการณ์ร่วมกับเหตุการณ์ และศิลปินร่วมสมัยที่ย้อนกลับไปทบทวนและตั้งคำถามถึงประวัติศาสตร์ที่ยังคงไม่ได้รับการชำระจนถึงปัจจุบัน
นิทรรศการนี้ไม่อาจเกิดขึ้นได้ หากปราศจากความเอื้อเฟื้อและการสนับสนุนจากคุณสินธุ์สวัสดิ์ ยอดบางเตย, มูลนิธิ ๑๔ ตุลา, บ้านอุปอินทร์, ศาสตราจารย์กมล เผ่าสวัสดิ์, โครงการบันทึก ๖ ตุลา ตลอดจนผู้ที่ศึกษาค้นคว้าเรื่องราวเกี่ยวกับเหตุการณ์นี้อย่างต่อเนื่อง เราเชื่อว่าการรำลึกถึงประวัติศาสตร์บาดแผล ไม่ใช่หน้าที่ของใครคนใดคนหนึ่ง แต่คือความรับผิดชอบร่วมกันของเราทุกคน

MAIIAM Contemporary Art Museum joins in commemorating the 50th anniversary of the October 6, 1976 event, or the Thammasat University massacre, with the exhibition October 6th: a reconfigured archive. This exhibition takes viewers back to explore historical wounds—from both personal and collective memories of Thai society—through the works of artists who shared the experience of the event, as well as contemporary artists who revisit and question a history that remains unresolved to this day.
This exhibition would not have been possible without the generosity and support of Sinsawat Yodbangtoey, the 14 October Foundation, House of Upa-In, Professor Kamol Phaosavasdi, the Documentation of Oct 6 Project, as well as those who have continuously researched this event. We believe that remembering traumatic history is not the duty of any single individual, but the shared responsibility of everyone.
