What can a single sheet of white paper reveal about our inner world?

Step into WITHIN through a different lens. Using artworks as mirrors, we’ll explore emotions, memories, and the quiet voices within us.

Through guided reflection, conversation, and mixed-media making, participants will be invited to:

• Connect with emotions through the body
• Find an artwork that resonates
• Share and listen without judgment
• Practice self-compassion and forgiveness
• Create a visual expression of their inner world
