🔸🔸 𝘒𝘫𝘦𝘳 𝘱𝘰𝘮𝘯𝘪 je avtorska knjiga umetnice Sara Rman, ki skozi dolgotrajen fotografski proces raziskuje krajino kot prostor nenehnega spreminjanja, spomina in materialnih sledi. Projekt izhaja iz misli Heraklita o reki, v katero ni mogoče stopiti dvakrat, in temelji na vztrajnem vračanju na isti rečni breg, kjer se razkrivajo subtilne spremembe ter odnosi med naravnimi in človeškimi procesi.

Podobe v knjigi se odmikajo od klasične fotografske reprezentacije in se prepletajo s kolažiranimi površinami in taktilnimi strukturami. Vizualni material deluje kot niz sledi in odtisov, ki vabijo k počasnemu, čutnemu branju, kjer se pogled prepleta z izkušnjo dotika. Kjer pomni tako ni le fotografska knjiga, temveč intimni artefakt, ki odpira prostor med podobo, spominom in materijo ter bralca spodbuja k bolj pozornemu doživljanju.

🔸🔸 𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘐𝘵 𝘙𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳𝘴 is a monograph by the artist Sara Rman, who, through her long-term photographic process, explores landscape as a space of constant change, memory and material traces. The project draws on Heraclitus’s idea of the river that cannot be stepped into twice, and is based on persistently returning to the same riverbank, where subtle changes and the relationships between natural and human processes are revealed.

The images in the book depart from classical photography, intertwining collaged surfaces and tactile structures. The visuals function as a series of traces and imprints, inviting a slow, sensory reading where the gaze intertwines with the experience of touch. Thus, Where It Remembers is not merely a photobook, but an intimate artifact opening up a space between image, memory and matter, and encouraging the reader toward a more attentive experience.

Sara Rman, 𝑊ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑒 𝐼𝑡 𝑅𝑒𝑚𝑒𝑚𝑏𝑒𝑟𝑠, exhibition opening on the 20th of April. Starting at 18.30 with a book launch, followed by exhibition opening.

V Galerija mesta Ptuj do 10. 5. gostujemo z razstavo 𝐾𝑜 𝑠𝑣𝑒𝑡 𝑟𝑎𝑧𝑝𝑎𝑑𝑎, 𝑜𝑠𝑡𝑎𝑛𝑒𝑗𝑜 𝑣𝑠𝑎𝑗 𝑡𝑒 𝑠𝑝𝑜𝑑𝑜𝑏𝑛𝑒 𝑓𝑜𝑡𝑜𝑔𝑟𝑎𝑓𝑖𝑗𝑒, na kateri razstavljamo dela štirih umetnikov, dokumentarnih fotografov Tereza Kozinc, Nik Erik Neubauer, Simon Chang 張 雍 in .

Razstavo je kurirala Barbara Ceferin.

Ko svet razpada, ostanejo vsaj te spodobne fotografije...

Skupinska razstava, na voljo do 10. maja 2026.

Razstavljena dela odpirajo prostor za razmislek o pripadnosti, identiteti, skupnosti in spominu, pri čemer se predstavljene fotografske serije gibljejo med intimo in kolektivnostjo ter preteklostjo in sedanjostjo.
