We are delighted to present Myrsini Alexandridi as part of the upcoming group exhibition at WAY gallery Guest Space in Marievik.
Alexandridi’s practice unfolds through ceramic tiles, painted surfaces, and architectural structures, creating works that exist between image and space. Treating the tile as both a building block and a carrier of memory, she constructs compositions where ornament becomes a language for exploring identity, place, and cultural inheritance. Rooted in Mediterranean visual traditions yet informed by the clarity of Nordic minimalism, her works invite a slower reading of surfaces and the stories embedded within them.
Myrsini Alexandridi (b. 1991, Greece) is a Stockholm based visual artist whose practice operates at the intersection of architecture, painting, and ceramics. Educated as an architect at the National Technical University of Athens and the Berlage Institute, she explores materiality, memory, and spatial perception through modular ceramic compositions. She lives and works in Stockholm.
