The project is aimed at creating favorable conditions for urban visual space development by means of monumental art. We want the residents of Murmansk to be involved into the process of improving the visual ecology of the city. Among expected results are the changing of the city’s image and formation of skills that will help local residents to transform their living space on their own and by legal methods. Unique pieces of monumental art will be created as a part of the project.
