Tincuța Marin ‘s solo exhibition Cestrum Nocturnum remains on view at Jecza Gallery Bucharest —Casa Presei Libere - throughout the summer.
Cestrum Nocturnum (“Queen of the Night”) is a flower that blooms in the evening, after sunset, in the dark, when the world and things begin to shift and everything is seen differently. Like this nocturnal flower, the works displayed in the exhibition do not open themselves to us, but withdraw and remain in space, revealing themselves slowly, held in a state of tension.
The gallery can be visited by appointment through our Calendly link, while guided tours take place every Saturday at 4 PM.
Works by Tincuța Marin can currently also be seen at Art Basel as part of presentation this year.
