Simezele Centrului Expozițional EFA Oradea – Galeria „Ștefan Vilidár István”, adăpostită în atmosfera încărcată de istorie a Palatului Princiar din Cetatea Medievală, găzduiesc o nouă reverie vizuală. Lucrările expuse poartă semnătura cunoscutului artist fotograf bucureștean Cornel Mihalache, membru al Asociației Internaționale „Euro Foto Art”.
