Five mirrors, one self-portrait. 🪞

INIM M = MINI ME: a small part of me, made of art photography and its manipulation.

I started from photographs I took in 2018 at the Messe Basel New Hall (Herzog & de Meuron), mirrored them in 2020, and they became five unique black-and-white works: an eye, a heart, a vortex, a body without a body. The collection is about symmetry, about architecture treated as collage material, and about an erotic vision in which no body appears.

“15 junot” is a collage from December 18, 2023: a modernist façade, two portraits of Tzara (one and its negative), a number cut from a newspaper, a red T and a hand pointing somewhere outside the frame. I wrote about how the work came together, element by element, in my Substack newsletter.
