From Bran Castle to New York City.
100 years ago today, Queen Marie of Romania arrived in New York, beginning her landmark 1926 tour of the United States.
A century later, her name is part of the city she captivated. The intersection of Third Avenue and East 38th Street is now officially Queen Marie of Romania Corner, honoring one of the most influential figures in modern Romanian history.
Queen Marie made Bran Castle her home in the 1920s, and her legacy remains at the heart of the castle's story today.

Three days, one castle and music we’ll be hearing in our heads for a long time.  
That was the 13th edition of the Bran Castle Jazz Festival, from August 28 to 30, 2026. For three days, the former Royal Residence filled with jazz, fusion and experimental sounds from an outstanding international lineup: Stéphane Kerecki Quartet, Magnus Öström, Stephan Thelen & Jon Durant, Jens Düppe, Bill Bruford, Soft Machine, Emma Rawicz and The Boxhead Ensemble.
Thank you to every artist who played and everyone who came to listen under the castle walls. See you next summer.

Trei zile, un castel și muzică pe care o vom auzi în minte mult timp de acum înainte.
Aceasta a fost cea de-a 13-a ediție a Bran Castle Jazz Festival, desfășurată între 28 și 30 august 2026. Timp de trei zile, fosta Reședință Regală s-a umplut de jazz, fusion și sonorități experimentale, aduse de o distribuție internațională remarcabilă: Stéphane Kerecki Quartet, Magnus Öström, Stephan Thelen & Jon Durant, Jens Düppe, Bill Bruford, Soft Machine, Emma Rawicz și The Boxhead Ensemble.
Le mulțumim tuturor artiștilor care au urcat pe scenă și tuturor celor care au venit să asculte muzica sub zidurile castelului.

În această noapte de Halloween, Castelul Bran organizează un concurs de costume atât la evenimentul VIP, cât și la Tent Party, cu trei categorii: Cel mai înfricoșător, Cel mai amuzant și Cel mai bun cuplu.
Cele mai reușite costume câștigă, așa că vino îmbrăcat să impresionezi și luptă pentru coroană!

Deși biletele pentru 31 octombrie sunt aproape epuizate, există multe ocazii să trăiești Halloween-ul la Castelul Bran.

Șapte zile, un castel, umbre care te pândesc după fiecare colț. Între 24 și 30 octombrie, Castelul Bran devine o săptămână întreagă de Halloween: tururi imersive cu efecte înfiorătoare și actori care șterg granița dintre ficțiune și realitate. Sunt gândite pentru adulți, dar palpitante pentru toți cei care îndrăznesc.
