Rawalpindi Arts Council RAC Rawalpindi Arts Council is an art gallery and art institution located at Stadium road, Rawalpindi.

It was established in 1966 as an independent body under the title “Pakistan Arts Council Rawalpindi”. In 1975 it was taken over by the Punjab Council of the Arts Lahore as its Divisional institution known as Rawalpindi Arts Council.
