An ancient Mausoleum of Bareilly, Pir Biyabani Shah Mian (R.A.)

It is a historical mausoleum of the Mughal era, found in the south-east direction of district Bareilly. The full name of Pir Biyabani Shah Mian was Syed usman Al Haider Barha. His father and Syed Amanullah Baraha and grandfather Syed Jalaluddin Lad baraha were the courtier (mansabdars) of Mughal Emperor Akbar. Emperor Akbar had given a fiefdom of 484 villages of five parganas. Abul Fazl allami has also written in his famous book Ain e Akbari quoting regarding Syed jalaluddin Lad baraha . So even today many villages are still in the name of Syed Lad Barha in district Bareilly, Rampur, Badaun, Pilibhit, Shahjahanpur. Syed Usman al Hyder Barha's aka PIR biyabani shah mian is the direct descendant of Imam Zainulabadin (as). After the death of his father Syed Amanullah baraha, Mughal emperor Jahangir himself offered to give him the position (mansab) of his father in the Delhi court several times and recommended bringing him to Delhi court from his relative Syed Shams baraha. But due to his spiritual instincts, he refused the emperor to tell that "the god wanted to take some other works from me". Most of his time was spent in prayers and in the help of the charity of the people. PIR biyabani Shah mian was blessed with many qualities, including the blessings of the household of prophet Muhammad saww (Panjetan Pak). He was putative for a special invoke (dua) .By his blessings, god gave children to many people. Bareilly and including suburbs distant drawers used to pay a lot of respect to him. After seeing their spiritual perfection, a nobleman of Bareilly district, "Samad Chaudhary", who was blessed with Islam by him with his clan. As far as their martyrdom is concerned, once Syed Usman Al Haider was returning from Samad Chaudhary's citadel back to their palace by palanquin and his half-brothers, who were seduced by their enemies, were with them who were riding on elephants at that time. When he passed through a sequestered vicinity, he gave a voice to Syed Usman Al Haider baraha and as soon as he took his head out of the palanquin, he slaughtered his head with a sword and killed him. Because of the burial in that desolate area (Biyaban), they are called Pir Biyabani Shah Mian (ra). His tomb was first built by Samad Chaudhary in the same place, but he fell down. Then his son Syed Faizullah rebuilt the tomb & mosque. Along with the tomb, a pond was also dug for the help of the people, but the tomb once again fell under the influence of a dangerous earthquake. After this, Syed Sabir Ali alias Faizullah Sani the direct descendant of syed Usman Al Haider baraha, who was a courtier of Mirza Muazzam Shah Bahadur Shah first, also rebuilt this tomb in the same place, but during the time of Asifuddaula, such a dangerous earthquake came to Bareilly that many of the old buildings of Bareilly had collapsed and it was recorded in many books so desperately that the water of the a lot of ponds had gone out, during which time the tomb was also broken down once again. Syed Osman Al Haider Barha had a son Syed Faizullah and a daughter Syeda Sakina. Their descendants are popular as Zaidi ul wasti Sadat inhabited the town of Sainthal while spreading different places of the world.
