We are pleased to formally open our Art Exhibit at SM City Tuguegarao.

This exhibition brings together a diverse collection of works reflecting creativity and expression.

Each piece stands as a testament to the dedication and vision of its artist, contributing to a collective narrative that celebrates art as a powerful medium of communication.

We extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who joined us for the opening and to all who continue to support the arts.

𝘾𝙖𝙥𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙬𝙝𝙞𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙝𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮; 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙝𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙯𝙤𝙣𝙨, 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙚𝙭𝙝𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙩 𝙖𝙩 𝙖 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚. 🏛️✨

Yesterday, April 15, the halls of the Cagayan Museum became a classroom for USLT students (Code 072, 074, 077, and 079). This visit served as preparation for the upcoming art exhibit at SM City and as a requirement for our Art Appreciation course. Stepping away from our textbooks, we walked alongside the masterpieces of our ancestors—discovering that art is not merely an image, but a living inheritance.

From the vibrant strokes of a painting and the deliberate curve of a sculpture to the ancient stones, primitive tools, and weathered bones, every piece holds a heartbeat. Even the intricate weave of traditional garments tells a story of resilience. While some pieces felt like mysteries at first, a closer look allowed us to reconnect with a history that is undeniably ours.

We arrived to fulfill a requirement, but we left with a profound realization: to truly care for the present, one must first honor the soul of the past. 🏺🎨🦴✨
