Museo Orlina

Museo Orlina Museo Orlina is the showcase of the artistry of Ramon G. Orlina, pioneer and foremost practitioner of glass sculpture in the country.

Before Orlina, glass was largely appreciated only for its utilitarian function: as drinking vessels, window glass panes or automotive windshields. A visionary, Orlina saw beyond the humble origin of this industrial glass residue. The result is an exultant body of works that, through the decades, have dazzled the art scene and prized by numerous collectors. Triumphantly, Orlina has transformed the

medium by elevating it to the dignity and respectability of art. The Museo Orlina opens its door to the public, where they can view superb examples of Ramon Orlina's scintillating artistry to their delight and enchantment. The museum is also committed to support and promote public interest, awareness, knowledge, education, understanding, and enjoyment of modern and contemporary visual art in the Philippines and abroad.

Celebrating Filipino heritage through art and learning!

Last Saturday, Museo Orlina and Anya Resort Tagaytay came together to celebrate our Filipino roots through a meaningful Baybayin Workshop facilitated by Mr. Jam Tolentino in partnership with Creative Street, offering participants an engaging introduction to the country’s pre-colonial writing system, Baybayin.

This activity is part of the continuing collaboration between Museo Orlina and Anya Resort in promoting local heritage, Filipino artists, and our shared history. Thank you to everyone who joined us in keeping our culture alive through art and learning.

Three artists. One family. One extraordinary work.

Whether Ramon Orlina, Anna Orlina, and Michael Orlina would ever create a work together had never been seriously asked. Until it was.

During the filming of The Orlina Legacy documentary at Museo Orlina, media entrepreneur and The Final Pitch host John Aguilar challenged the three artists to create a collaborative work that would symbolize the Orlina family legacy—something that had never been done before. Remarkably, they said yes.

What followed was a year-long creative journey that culminated in Earth Forms—the first and only sculpture created by all three Orlinas. Bringing together Ramon’s iconic green glass, Michael’s flowing forms, and Anna’s layered architectural sensibility, the work stands as a powerful expression of family, artistry, and legacy.

Now, this once-in-a-generation masterpiece will be offered at auction through Salcedo Auctions as part of Finer Pursuits: Important Philippine Art & Rare Collectibles.

Happy International Museums Day!

Today, we celebrate the important role museums play in preserving our shared history, culture, and artistic heritage for present and future generations. Museums are spaces of learning, reflection, creativity, and connection — places where stories are remembered, traditions are honored, and communities are brought together through art and heritage.

As we join the global celebration of International Museums Day, we extend our gratitude to everyone who continues to support museums and cultural institutions. Your appreciation helps keep these spaces alive, meaningful, and accessible for all.
We warmly invite you to visit the museum and continue exploring the exhibitions, collections, and stories that celebrate our rich cultural heritage.
