A PIECE OF OUR HISTORY. A LEGACY OF SERVICE. 🦁

Standing along Rizal Avenue, this Welcome Arch was built in LY 1977 under the leadership of Club President Ceferino Ambray.

Nearly five decades later, it still stands, not simply as an old structure, but as a reminder that the San Pablo City Host Lions Club has long been part of the history and development of our city.

Roads have changed.
Buildings have risen.
Generations have come and gone.

But the spirit of service remains.

What the Lions before us built is now a legacy entrusted to our generation, to preserve, honor, and continue.

As we move forward in LY 2026–2027, we look back with gratitude and a renewed sense of responsibility. Our goal is not only to serve the needs of today, but also to create and preserve projects that future generations of San Pableños will remember.

This historic Welcome Arch is part of that story.

Built by Lions before us.
Preserved by Lions today.
Passed on to the generations of tomorrow.

As part of our commitment to honor the history of our Club, we hope to restore and preserve this landmark during LY 2026–2027, so that it may continue to stand as a visible symbol of service, heritage, and community.

Honoring our past.
Serving today.
Building a legacy for tomorrow.

San Pablo City Host Lions Club
73 Years of Service and Beyond.

 Acts as Curcillo lector; conducts pre-marriage counseling and still do apostolate on unmarried couples and unbaptized children
 And for the past 36 years, since 1973, her priority apostolate is the Paaralang Pag-ibig at Pag-asa, a special education school where she is an active solicitor for the school needs of special children
 She is also one of the first Board of Directors of the San Pablo City Water District representing the Women Sector (1976-1986).
