DIGITAL POSTER Entry 3- Faith on Mental Health by Shemaiah Simon

This drawing illustrates two mental difficulties experienced by the girl, like depression, and anxiety, chaining her with negative thoughts and struggling to hold on to the positive thoughts.

On the left-hand side are destructive thoughts where people are bullying her. She felt unhappy and had very low self-esteem. She often heard voices of people saying words that made her suffer and develop unacceptable habits. On the other hand, the girl holds on to the Tree of Positive Thoughts, where there are five fruits. The first is focusing on activities like arts and crafts. The second is communicating with loved ones; the third is loving herself; the fourth focuses on reading and studying the Holy Bible. The fifth is praying to God for guidance.
