A rare chance to meet a true man of legacy 🙏

I recently had the privilege of meeting Sir Conrad Acedillo, founder of Hi-Cool Engineering Inc. At 91, he’s still full of wisdom and incredible stories—having worked alongside some of the country’s biggest business figures.

From pioneering “comfort cooling” solutions nearly 40 years ago to helping air-condition the very first SM store in Carriedo, Quiapo back in 1972, his contributions are truly inspiring.

He’s also a passionate art collector, and it’s amazing to see how the artists he supported decades ago are now big names—making his collection even more valuable today.

Grateful to now own a copy of “Honoring Filipino Tycoons and Entrepreneurs,” featuring 54 paintings by Ms. Celeste Lecaroz—an incredible tribute to the movers of the Philippine economy.

What stands out most? These portraits were gifted to the tycoons for free—a true reflection of Sir Conrad’s generosity and vision.

We are exploring the possibility of hosting an art fair at the Marriott Grand Ballroom in 2027—featuring artist-run booths that highlight creativity and direct engagement with collectors.

Galleries will be invited to pick their selected artists, while collectors will have the opportunity to discover and acquire works that resonate with them. We also plan to collaborate with the NCCA, its attached agencies, and valued sponsors to make this event truly meaningful.

As we reflect on more than a decade of presence in the art world, we have decided to pursue a more significant and dynamic direction in 2026. God willing, we will formally embark on a new chapter with the establishment of the One Gallery Foundation.

To bring this vision into reality, we aim to raise Php 1–3 million to secure accreditation from the Securities and Exchange Commission. In support of this initiative, One Gallery will be donating a substantial portion of its gallery, personal, and ecclesiastical collections.

Please review the listed works, and should any piece interest you, you will be entitled to a free mystery artwork.

You may reach us via Telegram, WhatsApp, or Viber at +63 968 875 1914, or via email at [email protected].

*Some of the artworks are gifts from friends and fellow artists. We hope these pieces will go a long way in supporting the art community that we deeply cherish.
