This summer hits differently. ☀️

Maybe because it’s our first time experiencing the full cycle of all four seasons, and I’m realizing just how quickly they come and go. Maybe because it means the kids will start schooling again as soon as summer ends..

You wait for summer, soak up the longer days… and somehow, while you’re still at it, you get a reminder that it will soon end. Like some alarm clock going off to wake you up from a happy dream.

Then,

fall decors and pumpkins replace the fun donut floats and swimshorts with pineapple prints in the store.

You pull out your cozy PJs and fuzzy socks..
You smile seeing the cute mug you got from last year's off- season sale.

Then it’s Christmas lights and easter bunnies next.

Then, summer says hello again.🏖

There’s something about watching the seasons change that makes time feel so real. As if you are flipping a pretty calendar nonstop. It's amazing how each season brings its own joy and magic.

And maybe that’s what makes each season feel a little more precious. You realize how briefly you get to hold it and how soon it becomes a memory.🥹

So here’s to summer. To swimming, sunshine, long days, and enjoying this little season while it’s still ours. 🌊☀️
