The Purpose of Art in Early Childhood
Art is more than colors, drawings, and creativity. It is a beautiful way for children to express their thoughts, emotions, imagination, and understanding of the world around them.
Through the Storytelling & Art Workshop with the Early Childhood Education students of Quezon City University, we celebrate the power of stories and art in nurturing young minds, encouraging creativity, building confidence, and developing compassion.
When we introduce art and storytelling to children, we give them the freedom to imagine, create, and express themselves. Most importantly, we help them grow not only into intelligent individuals but also into kind, caring, and compassionate human beings.
