OpenArt Gallery

OpenArt Gallery OpenArt Gallery mission is to provide a platform for modern contemporary Filipino painters and sculptors to showcase their artwork to a diverse audience.

The fair may be over, but the conversations, connections, and support we received throughout the week will stay with us long after the final day. We are grateful to have shared the works of Amiel Cagayat, Francis Nacion, Ricky Francisco, and Jonathan Dangue with collectors and art lovers from around the world.

Thank you for making this experience memorable for OpenArt Gallery. Until the next fair. 🤍

"Emergence"
Bastee Orobia’s First Solo Exhibition

Waiting is a quiet crucible—slow, uncertain, and often uncomfortable. Yet for Bastee Orobia, it is also where transformation begins.

In his first solo exhibition, Orobia captures flowers on the verge of bloom—moments of unfolding rather than completion. Each painting reveals layered petals that curl, spiral, and open, emphasizing growth shaped by time and care. The bloom becomes not just an outcome, but a quiet revelation.

These works mirror the artist’s own journey—messy, fragile beginnings nurtured through persistence and unseen labor. Beneath their simplicity lies a deeper reflection on becoming.

More than florals, they are meditations on timing, change, and the cycles we all move through—reminding us that growth, like art, unfolds in its own time.
