See y'all!

Explore a space reimagined for art, culture, and storytelling as we celebrate the reopening and transformation of the Lapu-Lapu City Art Gallery and Cultural Hub. ✨🎨

Now more than just an art gallery, this renewed space serves as a home for the rich history, heritage, and identity of Lapu-Lapu City and the Filipino people, a place where culture and creativity come together to inspire deeper connections and meaningful experiences.

Through the partnership between the Department of Tourism Central Visayas Office and the City Government of Lapu-Lapu, the Cultural Hub becomes a platform where stories are shared, traditions are preserved, and local artistry continues to thrive for both residents and visitors alike.

Join us as we open a new chapter for cultural tourism in Mactan — one that celebrates the soul, stories, and spirit of the community.

It takes a lot more than just one person to bring a creative space from idea into fruition. In honor of Labor Day 2026, meet the minds and hands behind the Lapu-lapu Art Gallery and Cultural Hub, who with the help of our city tourism office have brought forth a space that works to celebrate arts and culture!

From careful artistic curation to drilling nails on the wall where we hang our artworks, to writing papers and research material; From brainstorming the concept of a physical place meant for the Oponganon art scene to typing down this caption that tells you we are here to make this space for you. This is us!

We are a nation built on the backs of workers.
HAPPY LABOR DAY TO ALL!
