Together, let’s celebrate the vital role of the youth in preserving our culture, history, and heritage.

Don’t miss our featured community exhibit in our very own Liberty Shrine (Mactan Shrine) at Brgy. Mactan:

“𝑳𝒂𝒘𝒂𝒈 𝒔𝒂 𝑲𝒂𝒈𝒂𝒃𝒉𝒊𝒐𝒏, 𝑲𝒊𝒅𝒍𝒂𝒑-𝒌𝒊𝒅𝒍𝒂𝒑 𝒔𝒂 𝑩𝒂𝒚𝒃𝒂𝒚𝒐𝒏” – a site-specific art installation and community exhibit inspired by the natural bioluminescence found in the waters of Lapu-Lapu—symbols of life and ecological balance. This installation transforms the Liberty Shrine into a space of collective memory and shared action through glowing, scaled-down boats arranged to resemble groups of waves. These boats are hand-painted with glow-in-the-dark paint by artists, students, volunteers, and youth, reflecting a community-powered call for sustainability and cultural preservation.
