The 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 is currently on-site conducting a thorough ocular inspection and site visit to guarantee everything is secure and perfectly arranged Alongside them, 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗺𝘆are currently on-site, conducting their final rehearsals to ensure the ex*****on of the wreath-laying ceremony is completely seamless and dignified.

“Hi I am 𝐕𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐜𝐚𝐩, a film director and your ✨

As a filmmaker with over nine years of experience in the film industry, I have always believed that we hold the lens to our own stories. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with a film production company based in Manila and dedicating myself to championing regional cinema. In Camarines Norte, I serve as the President of the CINECamNorte Film Tourism Guild and founded Penta—a collective that award-winning experimental filmmaker Director John Julian Muniz beautifully described as the “home of experimental filmmakers” in our province.

Through my work with CINECamNorte, I have been instrumental in organizing our annual Bantayog Film Festival every April and conducting immersive filmmaking workshops spearheaded by Director Vince Ricafrente. My own artistic journey has been deeply shaped by the mentorship of award-winning director Levilou Corpuz, as well as the profound inspiration I draw from some of the most respected figures in Philippine cinema, including National Artist for Film and Broadcast Arts Ricardo “Ricky” Lee, acclaimed filmmaker Mikhail Red, and award-winning director Rodolfo “Jun” Robles Lana Jr.

Known for my unorthodox approach to storytelling, my work has garnered recognition from various local and international film festivals. Ultimately, my mission remains focused on uplifting regional filmmaking, inspiring the next generation of creators, and contributing to the vibrant growth of the film industry in Camarines Norte and beyond.

Nawa’y magsilbing inspirasyon ang kanilang sakripisyo upang patuloy nating mahalin, pangalagaan, at paglingkuran ang Pilipinas nang may dangal at pagkakaisa.
