𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗘𝗢 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬 | In light of the expected transportation strike on Monday, March 23, 2026, Liceo de Cagayan University will shift to remote learning across all levels for the day to ensure safety, accessibility, and continuity.

University offices will remain open. Regular onsite classes and school activities will resume on Tuesday, March 24, 2026.

Please monitor official channels and coordinate with your respective departments or instructors for class guidelines.

GENERAL MECHANICS & GUIDELINES
✏️The contest is open to all students of Liceo U
✏️The competition is on a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS.
✏️Only ten (10) participants per category.
✏️The categories are Grade School, JHS, SHS, and College levels.
✏️8:00 AM | Registration | Museum
✏️Materials: Canvass (for acrylic & oil pastels) & Paper (for watercolor) with sizes:
 Elementary & JHS: 12x16 inches
 SHS & College: 16x20” inches

THEME per CATEGORY:
🖌️Elementary: “Colors of Kindness.”
🖌️JHS: “Echoes of the River: Flowing with Traditions.”
🖌️SHS: “Beyond the Platinum: The 71st Vision.”
🖌️College: “Legacy in Bloom: 71 Years of Excellence”
