🎉 Part 1 of Chinatown Museum's 7th Anniversary Celebration, done! ✨

It's such a fleeting moment that everyone had a blast. We sincerely thank everyone for joining us in our anniversary celebration.

From Dragon Origami Workshop facilitated by the museum themselves to the enriching seminar of Mr. Wilson Lee Flores about the contributions of General Jose Ignacio Paua to the Philippine Revolution, it was a wonderful moment for the kids and the young-at-heart participants to practice and enjoy their paper folding skills, and participate in the discussion. Not only that, we also had a tour inside the museum to complete this happy day.

We truly are grateful to the Federation of Filipino-Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Inc. and for making this celebration possible for the participants from Brgy. 293 and the Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Parish - Ongpin. Thank you!

Don't forget to check out Bee Happy Crafts' official page, instagram and website ( https://beehappyph.com/) for their awesome art and journaling materials!

We also invite everyone to join the "Hagod ng Pinsel: Filipino Brush Art Workshop" to be facilitated by one of the known Filipino Komiks Makers, Mr. Randy Valiente on June 28, 2026. Click this link to register: https://forms.gle/AQqTN5FevXqehLuw6

"Hagod" is a Filipino Art style pertaining to the strokes or rendering of an inked drawing by comic artists using an art brush. This particular art is not well-known by the Filipinos and has lost its opportunity to be passed down to Filipino artists along with the disappearance of Filipino comics in the industry.

This June 28, 2026, 2:00 PM at Meisic Gallery, let's learn and appreciate the importance of our very own Filipino Art Technique with Mr. Randy Valiente, a known Filipino Visual and Comic Artist within the circle of Filipino Komiks Makers.
