The passion for toy collection made college friends Darwin D. Pagpaguitan come up with an idea of making toys for themselves. Born artists and environmentalists, they made use of local materials that most of us literally refer to as TRASH. They gathered recyclables from the comfort of their own homes and conceptualized a life sized robot inspired by the movie "Transformers", as their first project
in 2014. From then on, the team directed their artistic side on Upcycling, that is to create a product of higher value than of the original. Their masterpieces not only include toys, but also portraits and other decorations, which gave rise to the name KONSEPTO. Referred to as assemblage artists, these young men continued their dedication to art and were even patronized by our local collectors, such as Toy Conventions, Filoil in Fairview and Mindoro. To where you can see and feel their life sized creations. A few of their pieces were also displayed on various galleries around the metro. Just this summer of 2016, they were invited to join an annual event in Salcedo Village, Makati City, called Art in the Park, where art enthusiasts come to discover new talents and enjoy art classics. Focused on using recycled materials for their artistry, they earned their share of the spotlight in the television and was featured in UNtv, TFC, Hero Tv and Abs Cbn. The passion lives on and the business runs wild as they put their limitless imagination into life. People came to appreciate their original "KONSEPTO", as they make their priceless dreams into reality, without much money to spend and less effort to get their wishes come true. TV Features:
