"USKO-AYAR" AMAZONIAN SCHOOL OF PAINTING.

STATEMENT No. 001-2026

JUAN VÁSQUEZ AMARINGO, by virtue of the legal authority and legitimacy granted to me by Peruvian law, as the sole legal representative of the "USKO-AYAR" Amazonian School of Painting and the only person representing the legacy of the internationally renowned visionary painter PABLO CÉSAR AMARINGO SHUÑA, according to ADMINISTRATIVE RESOLUTION No. 032706-2025 DSD INDECOPI. Given the irregularities and usurpation of functions, the Amazonian Painting School "USKO-AYAR" finds it urgently necessary to issue this statement and clarify the following:

1. As the sole legal representative of the Amazonian Painting School "USKO-AYAR," according to Administrative Resolution No. 032706-2025/DSD-INDECOPI, I am the only person, both nationally and internationally, authorized to authenticate and issue, with my signature, the "CERTIFICATES OF AUTHENTICITY" for the works created by the late international master painter Pablo César Amaringo Shuña on behalf of the private painting institution, the Amazonian Painting School "USKO-AYAR."

2. We hereby inform the general public, both nationally and internationally; We denounce the existence of unscrupulous individuals who are using the name of the Amazonian Painting School "USKO-AYAR," and also the name of the late master, PABLO CÉSAR AMARINGO SHUÑA, to deceive the community of artists and art collectors by offering paintings attributed to the late master, PABLO CÉSAR AMARINGO SHUÑA, as well as paintings from the collections protected and safeguarded by the Amazonian Painting School "USKO-AYAR."

3. We reject and condemn all those individuals who, taking advantage of the trust placed in them by the Amazonian Painting School "USKO-AYAR," whether through friendship or familiarity, are exploiting these fraternal and familial ties to improperly seek financial gain, thus deceiving the national and international community of artists and art collectors.

4. We urge the entire national and international artistic community and art collectors not to be deceived by these unscrupulous individuals. We urge you to denounce these acts without hesitation, regardless of who they are, and to ensure that the full weight of the law and the contempt of the artistic community and art collectors befall these disloyal individuals who are damaging the legacy of the Amazonian Painting School "USKO-AYAR" and dishonoring the master, PABLO CÉSAR AMARINGO SHUÑA.

5. Finally, we express our respect and apologies to the entire community of artists and art collectors who have been victims of these malicious individuals who tarnish the prestige of our private artistic institution, the Amazonian Painting School "USKO-AYAR." We remind everyone that they have been warned, and we disclaim any responsibility on the part of the Amazonian Painting School "USKO-AYAR."

ESCUELA DE PINTURA AMAZÓNICA "USKO-AYAR".

PRONUNCIAMIENTO No. 001 - 2026.

JUAN VÁSQUEZ AMARINGO, con la legalidad y legitimidad que me otorga las leyes peruanas, así, como ser el único representante legal de la Escuela de Pintura Amazónica "USKO-AYAR" y como la única persona que representa el legado del pintor visionario internacional PABLO CÉSAR AMARINGO SHUÑA, según RESOLUCIÓN ADMINISTRATIVA No. 032706-2025 DSD INDECOPI. Ante las circunstancias de irregularidades de usurpación de funciones la Escuela de Pintura Amazónica "USKO-AYAR" se ve en la necesidad urgente de hacer el presente "Pronunciamiento" y señalar lo siguiente:

1. Como único representante legal de la Escuela de Pintura Amazónica "USKO-AYAR" según RESOLUCIÓN ADMINISTRATIVA No. 032706-2025 / DSD - INDECOPI. Soy la única persona a nivel nacional e internacional con autorización para autenticar y expedir con mi firma los "CERTIFICADOS DE AUTENTICIDAD" de las obras realizado por el extinto maestro pintor internacional PABLO CÉSAR AMARINGO SHUÑA en nombre de la institución pictórica privada Escuela de Pintura Amazónica "USKO-AYAR".
2. Ponemos en conocimiento a la comunidad en general a nivel nacional e internacional; que habiendo personas inescrupulosas que están utilizando el nombre de la Escuela de Pintura Amazónica "USKO-AYAR", y así mismo utilizando el nombre del maestro PABLO CÉSAR AMARINGO SHUÑA, para sorprender a la comunidad de artistas y coleccionistas de arte, ofreciendo cuadros de la autoría por el extinto maestro PABLO CÉSAR AMARINGO SHUÑA y cuadros de las colecciones que se encuentran protegidas y resguardadas por la Escuela de Pintura Amazónica "USKO-AYAR".
3. Rechazamos y condenamos a todas esas personas que aprovechandose de la confianza que en su oportunidad les ha brindado la Escuela de Pintura Amazónica "USKO-AYAR" ya sea por amistad y familiaridad están utilizando estos lazos fraternales y familiares para buscar indebidamente réditos económicos, sorprendiendo a la comunidad de artistas, y coleccionistas de arte nacionales e internacionales.
4. Exhortamos a toda la comunidad artística y coleccionistas de arte nacionales e internacionales no dejarse sorprender por estas personas inescrupulosas. Ante estos hechos denunciar sin ningún miramiento, sea quiénes sean las personas y, que le caiga todo el peso de la Ley y el desprecio de la comunidad artística y de los coleccionistas de arte a todos estos desleales, que están perjudicando el legado de la Escuela de Pintura Amazónica "USKO-AYAR" y al mismo tiempo deshonrando al maestro PABLO CÉSAR AMARINGO SHUÑA.
5. Finalmente, expresar nuestros respetos y disculpas a toda la comunidad de artistas y coleccionistas de arte que hayan sido víctimas de estos malos elementos que empañan el prestigio de nuestra Institución artística pictórica privada Escuela de Pintura Amazónica "USKO-AYAR", recordandoles ahora a todos que están avisados y, deslindando cualquier responsabilidad de la Escuela de Pintura Amazónica "USKO-AYAR".
