Kura Gallery Wellington Kura showcases artworks unique to Aotearoa/New Zealand and exhibits an extensive range of original, quality Maori and New Zealand made art and design.

With galleries in Auckland and Wellington, Kura represents both established and emerging artists. We also provide the following services - gift wrapping, gift vouchers, an international and national packaging and delivery service and a wedding gift registry. Julz Nonoa is a Māori artist, weaver and creative practitioner. Her work is grounded in whakapapa, tikanga and the belief that creativity can reconnect people — to themselves, to each other, and to the pūrākau and stories carried through our hands. Her work is also a way of keeping those stories moving, creating space for new stories to be made, shared and carried forward 💫

Introducing ‘Pātikitiki Weave’ a fresh and vibrant new piece by artist Bella Reddington! Bella is of ngāti Porou Ngā Puhi and Australian decent. Bella was inspired to weave when she received a kete as a taonga on her 16th birthday. She loves to combine traditional and contemporary together within her raranga whakairo.
