A story of Bimba.

Bimba, a cherished little deer soul, cannot see or hear.

Her eyes, because she can’t see, are incredibly beautiful.
Her heart, because she can’t hear, is incredible pure and clean.

Despite these silent horizons, her curiosity blooms brightly; she yearns to see the world’s wonders and hear its melodies anew.

“I want to see the world!”

She often declares, stirring both anxiety and inspiration in those nearby.

Yet her loved ones hold her in deep, unwavering affection.

Bimba insists on doing everything herself, though the others watch over her with anxious eyes.

As precious as gold, she remains completely unfazed, doing her best, challenging herself and failing, yet never giving up.

With clenched teeth and a strong heart, she dares to dream big.

And when she finally succeeds, whether anyone is nearby or not, she smiles with a brilliance that seems to bless the whole world; a smile that is resilient yet gentle, and full of innocent joy.

Kawakawa🌱. One of the most famous medicinal plants from Rongoa Maori.

In traditional Māori pūrākau, it is said that Kawakawa was sent to Papatūānuku the Earth mother, from Io Mātua Kore (the infinite nothing/greater awareness that surrounded the bound beings), to heal her broken heart after separating from her lover Ranginui. The heart-shaped leaves of kawakawa remind us of this story of a broken heart and that the leaves are healing medicine for the heart.
