Summer:
Opens at 9am weekdays and 10am weekends. The Chocolate shop closes at 5pm Monday to Thursday, 4pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday and most public holidays. The Museum, Café & Pantry Shop close at 4pm each day, and are not open on public holidays. The last entry into the museum is 3:30pm (unless previously booked). This is to allow sufficient time to appreciate the museum at your leisure. Winter:
