A piece with a story.. 🐟✨

This marlin beak came to us with a pretty special story behind it. Caught by the father, secretly carved by a talented carver up north, and brought together by his four sons as a surprise gift to celebrate their dad’s retirement. ❤️

A true family treasure, full of memories, love and a whole lot of meaning.

Framing a piece like this is about more than just making it look beautiful. It took a lot of technical work to get everything sitting just right, finished with anti-reflection glass with 70% UV protection to help protect this incredible piece for years to come.

A pretty spectacular piece of art, and a very happy customer. 🖤

We love being able to help preserve and showcase pieces like this!

We had the pleasure of framing this incredible tattoo-inspired pin-up artwork recently.

Paired with a sleek black frame and crisp white mat, the finished result speaks for itself.

We love finishing off beautiful artwork like this! 🖤

Hong Kong Garden by John Lancashire, John Lancashire ( monday.painter ) framed in a dark brown bamboo moulding, setback and finished with anti-reflective glass for a clarity, sun protection and minimal glare.

A timeless combination that lets the artwork take centre stage.

We love having John’s work come through - check out more at The BigRoom

🎓✨ Have a certificate you’re proud of? Let’s give it the presentation it deserves!

Whether it’s a degree, diploma, trade qualification, award, or special achievement, we love helping bring these accomplishments to life through custom framing.

One of my favourite ways to frame certificates is with a double mat and a touch of colour that matches the certificates colours. It can completely transform a certificate from something tucked away in a drawer into a professional, eye-catching piece you’ll be proud to display in your home or office.

The best part? There’s no one-size-fits-all approach. We can work with you to create a framing combination that suits your style, space, and budget.

You’ve invested countless hours, hard work, dedication, and determination into earning that certificate—so why not protect it and showcase it properly for years to come?

Pop in and see us to chat about framing options. We’d love to help create something special for you! 😊🖼️

A simple but effective framing choice for this beautiful oil painting ✨

We paired this piece with a dark wood frame, open with no glass, allowing the texture, brushstrokes, and depth of the oil paint to really shine through. The warmth of the timber works perfectly with the tones in the artwork and creates a timeless, gallery-style finish.

We recently had the honour of framing a wedding bouquet — such a special piece to work on.

Every flower was individually placed and glued one by one, which made it a slow but an incredibly rewarding process. Each element was thoughtfully arranged to reflect the natural beauty and emotion behind the bouquet.

The final result? Honestly… so satisfying. A timeless piece.

To finish, we used museum-grade glass, offering exceptional clarity while protecting the bouquet from fading and damage over time — so it can be treasured for years to come.

We absolutely loved working on this one, and seeing how much it meant to our client made it even more special 💛

If you have something sentimental you’ve been thinking about preserving, we’d love to help bring it to life.
