We are very happy to welcome Coromandel artist Sarah Gordon to the gallery!

Sarah paints from her art shed overlooking Mercury Bay, capturing the light, movement, and beauty of the coast. Her works are full of texture and depth, built up through many delicate layers of paint and glaze.

Featured here is her beautiful piece ‘Passing Columbus Clouds’. A peaceful moment of sea and sky and the breathtaking Shakespeare Cliff (between Whitianga and Cooks Beach).
