During my sim flying trip from South Australia to the north via the east coast, I arrived in Gladstone and from there took a quick tour. The Great Barrier Reef is the largest coral reef in the world. It consists of more than 2,900 individual reefs and 900 islands stretching over 2,600 kilometers across an area of approximately 334,400 square kilometers. The reef is located in the Coral Sea, off the coast of Queensland in Northeast Australia.
