Marjolein Weimar Illustraties Illustrator Rijswijk in the Netherlands is the city I live in. I studied dietetics and worked till 2003 as a dietician. Completed this in 2005.

Met my friend, had 2 kids and unfortunately I had to make a turn in my working life as a dietician. Because of my love for drawing and painting a started a training to become an illustrator. After that drawing and painting keeps me busy many hours a day. For example, I make illustrations for books, magazines, brochures, business cards, cards for new borns and postcards. I have my own collection of

greeting cards. On paper I like to work with many colors and a lot of water. I often combine paint with other drawing materials. In the gallery on my website you can find a list of originals that are fore sale. I also paint objects like clogs, furniture and walls. Mostly given as presents for children.
