Wildflowers on My Mind
My thoughts are so free when I paint. Nothing in particular on my mind… Apparently there were some flowers in there after all 😊
I’m really drawn to these reds at the moment. The bright ones, the deeper ones, especially when a bit of soft pink shows up next to them. Looking at it now, it feels a little like autumn. Funny how these things find their way into a painting without me planning them.

Still thinking about Bali.

The painting days, the colours, the fun, the ❤️people and everything I learned from during her Bali Art Retreat.

This one has more white, but Bali is definitely still in there.

After painting, there is always paint left on my mixing paper.
Instead of throwing it away, I press the paper onto a fresh sheet and let the leftover paint start something new.
