Day 1 of 3 Days to Paint Without Fear with
Today I started with a fresh painting, alongside a wonderful group of artists. Guided by Deni, we explored what happens when fear and control begin to creep into the creative process.
What if, instead of playing it safe, I make the move I would normally avoid?
Three days of letting go, experimenting and learning to trust myself more in the studio. Day one is done - two more days to go!

Sometimes, you don’t need anything more.
A vase. A few flowers.
Space around them.
To me, this painting is about the calm that arises when you create more space around you. More room to breathe.
