s, workshops and more are embedded in an atmosphere of liveliness and accessibility. Housed in a beautiful building in the center of Amsterdam. The space houses initiator and shoedesigner Esther van Schagen. Furthermore there are a number of flexible workingspaces that are occupied by creative entrepeneurs. The garden can be used for relaxation, working and exhibiting sculptures. Amsterdam House of Arts & Crafts hires her diverse spaces to artists, craftsmen, students and companies. Maak kennis met

Florence werkt sinds 2021 bij ons op de ateliervloer en zet haar passie voor sneakers elke dag om in nieuwe creaties. Het is een feest om te zien hoe ze elk paar tot leven brengt.

Met Studio Encore geeft ze sneakers een tweede leven. Van reinigen en verven tot het vervangen van versleten zolen door karaktervolle Vibram-zolen. Elk paar wordt met de hand gerestaureerd en krijgt een eigen, creatieve signatuur.

Heb je een paar oude sneakers waar je nog aan gehecht bent? Florence kijkt graag met je mee naar wat er mogelijk is.

Je kunt je sneakers opsturen of langskomen in het atelier aan de Oudeschans.

From paint on hands to real connection

Last Friday we welcomed the team from .co into the studio

What started with an action painting session turned into something more. Letting go, experimenting, stepping out of the usual rhythm. After a shared lunch, the day continued with a session by facilitator Lieneke Grollé, creating space for reflection and conversation.

What you don’t see in the images are the moments in between. The laughter, the small breakthroughs, the shift from doing to really connecting.

This is why we love hosting days like this.
Creativity as a starting point, connection as the outcome.
