We offer you a journey through 2,000 years of wisdom, inspired by the collection of the Bibliotheca Philosophica

Hermetica, which is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year. Tot 1779 bleef Het Huis met de Hoofden in de De Geerfamilie. Daarna kreeg het een waaier aan eigenaren en bestemmingen, van Kunsthandel de Roos – Rembrandts Anatomische Les werd er in 1928 verkocht aan de Staat der Nederlanden - tot conservatorium, HBS, en meest recent Bureau Monumenten & Archeologie van de gemeente Amsterdam. Nu, bijna vier eeuwen verder is het tijd voor een volgend hoofdstuk en maakt het Huis met de Hoofden zich op voor een nieuwe tijd waarin het Huis zal worden opengesteld aan het publiek.
