As members of board of lectors also known as lay readers. Today, we celebrate the feast of SAINT JEROME, our pethron saint.

St. Jerome is particularly associated with Bible scholars, translators, librarians, archaeologists and Scripture study. His life is strongly connected with the love and study of the Word of God.
A beautiful theme associated with him is essentially: love Scripture, study Scripture, and live Scripture.

It was a great honour to serve as the lector for today's reading...

Today we charge you in Christ to love one another, to share his word and be the light that others need.

THIS IS WHAT OPPORTUNITY LOOKS LIKE?
Now so many believe that opportunities comes but once ,yet there are those who believe in the school of thought that opportunities can be found as well.

I had to think carefully about the above phrase, combine them with my experience in dealing with the HNIs then I realise and categorised opportunity in three ways.

1. Opporruniry finds you.Opportunities can meet you where you're and you dont need to deserve it . Call it Luck, Grace or Favour.

2. You Create opportunity. Yes some you have to create them, you go after it, Chase it, you desire it and work towards it. Then boom here it comes.

3. Become someone Opportunity desires. I bet you're are not aware that opportunity can desire you, Well that when it comes knocking and you are left to make your choice and discard anyone you dont need, you get to choose and select, when others their lives depends on just one of it.....

Don't only wait for opportunity. Position yourself for it, pursue it, create it, and eventually become the kind of person opportunities seek out.

Client: Mabel i need one hectare of land, location x and open budget..

Me: Sir , please what purpose do you intend to use it for.

Client: I just need a good Land of that size and open budget..please get it.

Me: Noted Sir ( using my discretion, I got a mixed Land(Commercial &residential)..
Sir the location you asked for, I got a brief, budget.. asking Price.

Clients: ........( seen ,no reply)

Me: Sir are you there?

Client:...... ( Seen no reply)

Me: ..Sir, what are you looking at?

Client: Something smaller or lesser

Me: Okay Sir.

Me: . ( After search)Sir I got the this brief for your preference..is so and so

Client... (silence)

Me: To myself 🤔🤔 I dont understand why clients say i need it ASAP and boom you're ghosted. If real estate doesn't teach you tolerance,patience and consistency then hmm I dont know where else you will learn it

Hmmmm, Monday biko be nice, we are out again..
