aunched in London Science Museum in 2010 and it has attracted over 3,000,000 visitors globally and have reached over 60,000,000 million via online media. Exhibits are designed to be touched, heard, felt and moved to interact to make anyone's visit more memorable not to mention educational plus the fun. Visitors get to meet "inventors" from 7th to 17th century like Al-Jazari the master engineer, Abbas ibn Firnas, the first man to fly, learn who were behind surgical procedures and learn the rationale of modern numerals and how Arabic words influenced European languages. Interact with the Inventors, try to fly like Abbas ibn Firnas and be introduced to the award winning 10 minute movie the "Library of Secrets" starring Sir Ben Kingsley as Al Jazari. The Patron of 1001 Inventions in Malaysia is YAB Tan Sri Dato Seri Muhyiddin Yassin, the Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia. The exhibition is brought to you by Axiata Group Berhad and sponsored by the Ministry of Tourism & Culture.
