Craft a take-home engraveable pewter dish using traditional tools, similar to those used by pewtersmiths more than 100 years ago. Price: RM 75 per person
Duration: 30 minutes
Group size: 50 (maximum), 2 (minimum)
Language options: English, Mandarin and Japanese

The Foundry workshop
Create a take-home pewter accessory freehand or from existing moulds using fundamental pewter crafting processes – casting, polishing and decorating. Price: RM 180 per person
Duration: 60 minutes
Group size: 40 (maximum), 2 (minimum)
Language options: English and Mandarin
Please note that participants in this workshop must be aged 15 years or older.

A full day of jazz returns to the Royal Selangor Visitor Centre.

From morning grooves to late-night jam sessions, the Royal Selangor Jazz Festival 2026 brings together some of Malaysia’s most exciting jazz acts for a celebration of music, culture and community.

This year’s lineup features 19 bands across 4 stages, headlined by Zainal Abidin, alongside jazz film screenings, artisan markets, food experiences, pop-up kitchens, workshops, quizzes and more throughout the festival grounds.

Whether you’re here for the music, the atmosphere or simply a good Sunday out, there’s something waiting around every corner.

Last Saturday, the Royal Selangor Visitor Centre came alive with familiar faces and fan-favourite moments as we celebrated all things Star Wars.

Together with the Star Wars Malaysia Fan Club and the 501st Legion Malaysia Garrison, the space was filled with costumed appearances, while guests took on trivia challenges and joined in a scavenger hunt that brought a playful sense of adventure to the day.

Thank you to everyone who came and made it an extra memorable day and Happy Star Wars month to all!
