📌 Job Responsibilities
• Supervise daily outlet operations to ensure smooth workflow
• Lead, train, and motivate outlet staff
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally
• Monitor sales performance and support sales targets
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and discipline
• Handle cash flow, POS system, and daily sales reporting
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards
• Assist in promotions, product display, and special events
• Prepare daily and monthly operational reports
✅ Job Requirements
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail, F&B, or outlet supervision
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Responsible, well-organized, and able to work independently
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and cash handling
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift hours
• Interest in art and museum environment is an added advantage

• 具备基本库存管理及现金处理知识
• 能配合周末、公共假期及轮班工作
• 对艺术与博物馆环境有兴趣者优先
