'ADA UBI ADA BATAS, ADA BUDI ADA BALAS' SINGLE STOREY TERRACE HOUSE DESIGN CHANGES
I had redesigned the fences of 'Ada Ubi Ada Batas, Ada Budi Ada Balas' single storey terrace house because to comply with Kuala Selangor Municipal Council's Guidelines For Submitting Housing/Enterprise/Education/Business Scheme Plan And Related Thereto, where the maximum height of the fence is 1500 millimetres with 40% opening. The guideline also recommended that below part of the fence shall be 900 millimetres high solid and the upper part shall be 600 millimetres high decorative grille.
So, the fence new design had complied with the guideline, as shown in the picture. Previous design was solid all the way up to 1500 millimetres high, without 40% opening.
