1990 Aeroméxico menús by chef Olivier Lombard from Restaurant Soles y Especias, Aeroméxico has always search recognized and trendy Chefs at the era. The Menu has the recipe of the main dishes so it will be cool to remade them in the future as a project for the museum like I did with the 70’s Aír France Menu
