Ópera Joven, AC Organismo no gubernamental promotor del Arte, la Cultura y la Educación desde 2000. Produce montaje It is funded by donations.

OPERA JOVEN, AC
Non-profit organization established in 2000 for arts, culture and education promotion, supporting emergent and young artists and the application of new technologies on arts and cultural management. It has staged several original and multidisciplinary plays, opera and cabaret: El Entremés del Deber, Maldita la Hora, Procopia, Noches de cabaret, La ópera del pianista and Cabaret-caba

ret, among many others. It has had great impact and coverage in the media, receiving diverse grants, sponsorships and acknowledgements by public and private institutions. Since 2007 it runs in Second Life® a cultural tourism promotion project about the cultural heritage of Jalisco (Mexico) and produces free live online concerts of diverse music styles, including rock, pop, jazz, classic and opera, for an international audience. Several media from different countries, interested in new technologies and virtual worlds, have published articles about its projects and covered its cultural events.
