Cette eau de vie commence par des litchis frais, ĂŠpluchĂŠs, dĂŠnoyautĂŠs et mixĂŠs pour en faire du jus. Après fermentation et une 1ère distillation Ă 28%, elle est redistillĂŠe Ă 75%, Ă Nosy Be, puis reposĂŠe avant dâĂŞtre rĂŠduite Ă 45% vol pour une dĂŠgustation raffinĂŠe đ. 1120 bouteilles !

Created by đĽđśđ°đľđŽđżđą đ đŽđżđżđź, Rhum 11 is a pure cane juice agricultural rum, produced on a 5-hectare estate. Its range includes:
⢠White rum: Freshness and authenticity.
⢠Amber and aged rums: Refinement and character.
⢠High-proof flavoured rums: Bold flavours.

This eau-de-vie starts with fresh lychees, peeled, pitted and blended to make juice. After fermentation and a first distillation at 28% ABV, it is redistilled to 75% ABV in Nosy Be, then left to rest before being reduced to 45% ABV for a refined tasting experience đ. 1120 bottles !

VO Rum, made from pure cane juice, is fermented and distilled to 70% ABV. đđ đśđ đŽđ´đ˛đą đłđźđż đŻ đđ˛đŽđżđ đśđť đźđŽđ¸ đ°đŽđđ¸đ đđľđŽđ đ˝đżđ˛đđśđźđđđšđ đľđ˛đšđą đđľđśđđ˛ đŁđźđżđđź, before being reduced to 43% ABV to reveal its full richness đ. 560 bottles !
