Kill Chicken, Scare Monkey is a slightly pastel style Screen-print layered with 6 base color layers and final deep red outline. With a few slightly hand made mis registration indifferences on each piece this is a truly beautiful piece.
The ancient message behind this artwork is from the Chinese idiom. Shajijinghóu;
"Sha-chi-ching-hou", that refers to making an example out of someone in order to threaten others. It does not represent anything truly sinister moreover the ability to perceive life lessons clearly and to avoid the trap of being used and manipulated.
While in Seoul for only a week, Psoman visited out studio and worked on this print together giving it a truly authentic piece of art.
