Art Space X는 2026년 5월 19일(화)부터 5월 31일(일)까지 리마인드 전시 《RE-COLLECT》를 개최합니다. 이번 전시는 2024년부터 2026년까지 Art Space X에서 선보여온 작가들의 작업을 다시 조망하며, 갤러리가 축적해온 다양한 감각과 선택의 결을 하나의 흐름으로 풀어내고자 합니다. 각기 다른 시기와 맥락 속에서 소개되었던 작품들은 이 자리에서 다시 만나 시간을 가로지르는 유기적인 장을 형성합니다.
참여 작가들은 한국을 비롯해 유럽 등 다양한 지역을 기반으로 활동하며, 회화, 사진 등 서로 다른 매체를 통해 각자의 조형 언어를 구축해왔습니다. 이들의 작업은 서로 다른 취향과 시선이 교차하며, 동시대 미술을 바라보는 하나의 확장된 세계를 보여줍니다.
《RE-COLLECT》는 단순한 회고를 넘어, 서로 다른 감각과 취향이 공존하며 형성되는 하나의 흐름을 제안합니다. 각 작품은 개별적인 완결성을 지니면서도, 동시에 하나의 장 안에서 서로를 비추며 새로운 의미를 만들어냅니다. 이번 전시는 그간의 축적된 시간과 선택의 결과를 다시 엮어보는 자리이자, 앞으로의 방향을 조심스럽게 가늠해보는 계기가 될 것입니다.
Art Space X presents the reminiscence exhibition “RE-COLLECT” from May 19 to June 1, 2026. This exhibition revisits the works of artists presented at Art Space X between 2024 and 2026, bringing together the gallery’s accumulated sensibilities and curatorial choices into a cohesive flow. Works originally introduced across different moments and contexts are reassembled here, forming an organic field that traverses time.
The participating artists, based in Korea as well as across Europe and beyond, have developed their own distinct visual languages through diverse media including painting and photography. Their works intersect through differing tastes and perspectives, presenting an expanded view of contemporary art.
A RE-COLLECT moves beyond a simple retrospective, proposing a dynamic flow in which diverse sensibilities and preferences coexist. Each work retains its individual completeness while simultaneously reflecting and interacting with others within a shared space, generating new meanings. This exhibition serves as both a reconfiguration of accumulated time and curatorial decisions, and an opportunity to reflect on future directions.
