Nous sommes extrêmement fier d’avoir assisté à la remise de l’insigne de Chevalier des Arts et des Lettres à Sovan Philong, un photographe exceptionnel dont le travail a profondément marqué le monde de la photographie. Cette distinction prestigieuse est bien plus qu’un simple honneur ; elle récompense son immense talent, son engagement artistique, et sa contribution précieuse à l’art de la photographie, en particulier dans sa manière unique de capturer l’expérience humaine à travers l’objectif.
