今回の展示は
新しく出版された書籍の出版記念個展です。

本書に登場する花の作品や様々な写真はもちろん、
花と向き合う中で生まれた
格言やメッセージも厳選して展示しています。

花は、静かに私たちに語りかけています。

その声に耳を澄ますような時間を、
この空間で感じていただけたら嬉しいです。

これまでとは少し違う
新しい世界観の展示になりました。

会場では、今回出版された
新刊書籍の販売も行っています。

江ノ島の海風を感じながら、
花が語りかけてくるメッセージを
ぜひ感じに来てください。

Starting tomorrow, the Yuji KATO Exhibition will open in Enoshima.

This exhibition celebrates the release of newly published books.

Alongside the flower artworks and various photographs featured in the books,
we will also present a curated selection of aphorisms and messages that emerged through Yuji’s dialogue with flowers.

Flowers speak to us quietly.

We hope this exhibition will offer you a moment to pause,
listen to those gentle messages,
and experience them in this space.

This exhibition presents a new world of expression,
slightly different from previous shows.

The newly published book will also be available for purchase at the venue.

While feeling the sea breeze of Enoshima,
we warmly invite you to experience the messages that flowers share with us.

花のアートと生花との共演🌸
アーティストYuji KATOが描くのは、"花"だけです。

花はどんなに違う種類同士、ひとつの花瓶に生けられても、ケンカせず、穏やかにそれぞれの美しさを放ちます。

まるで、手と手をとって仲良く「精いっぱい咲きましょうね」と話しているように。

「花は、私たちのお手本だ。だからこそ描くんだ」とYuji KATOは言います。

そして同時に、花たちは、「本物だから」「絵だから」とお互いをカテゴライズしないのではないかと感じると彼は言います。

そのため当ショールームでは、
生花と共に、彼の手によって生まれた作品一つひとつを、同じ空間の中で飾ります。

花たちはその姿で、共存共栄を体現してくれているのだと感じます。

ぜひショールームにお越しいただいた際には、

実際の生花の香りをお愉しみいただいたり、

夏の声をそっと思い出させてくれる"あさがお"💠

2023年に刊行された『西山美術館現代芸術家大全 水彩画家 加藤雄詞 ライフ・アーティスト・ユウジ・ウェイ』の表紙にもなっている「 あさがお17輪 〜創造と調和〜 」という作品。

ニューヨーク市立大学において、作品や活動理念が高く評価され、
日本人画家として創立以来初めて寄贈されたのも、この作品です。

なんだか懐かしく、
だからこそ自分を励ましてくれるような気もする。

そんなあさがおたちのほどける音を感じてみてください。
